This notice applies to the HZB Network website (www.hzbai.io) and pages that expressly link to it. It describes information handling for browsing, documentation search, downloads, video playback and contact. See the company overview for entity information. Separate products or services with different data practices require their own notices.
The current site has no account registration, wallet connection, trading, payment or online access-application feature. It does not ask you to enter passwords, identity documents, payment information, private keys or seed phrases.
02Access and contact information
Hosting, content-delivery and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, requested path, response status and referring page to deliver the website, diagnose faults and prevent abuse. Downloads and video playback also generate network requests.
If you contact HZB through an official external channel, we may receive the display name, contact details, messages and necessary attachments you provide to respond to your request. Share only what is needed and ensure that you are authorized to provide information about others.
03Search, downloads and video
Documentation search matches public documents in your browser. Keywords submitted through the footer search appear in the destination URL’s q parameter and may therefore appear in browsing history, shared links or hosting access records. Do not enter sensitive personal information or business secrets.
Industry Voices uses a video file served by this site and the browser’s native player, without an embedded third-party video platform or autoplay. Playing it requests video content from the website’s hosting service. Links that open YouTube or other external platforms are separate from this player.
Code examples run locally after download. The local demo currently provided by this site does not send task data to HZB or third parties. If you modify it or integrate an external service, review the resulting data flows and service policies.
04Cookies and browser storage
The current page code does not deploy advertising tracking, cross-site marketing profiles or analytics scripts that record visitor behavior. Language is determined by the page path rather than a preference cookie. Browser caching may retain static resources you have accessed.
Hosting and security infrastructure may process technical data needed to provide the site. You can manage cache, site data and cookies in your browser; restricting necessary technology may affect functionality. If non-essential tracking requiring consent is introduced, the relevant information and choices will be provided first.
05Purposes of processing
Information relating to the site should be processed for specific, appropriate purposes: delivering pages and media, maintaining security, diagnosing faults, responding to inquiries, handling rights requests and meeting applicable legal obligations. The current site has no visitor-facing model chat or data-upload feature.
Processing must have a basis permitted by applicable law. Consent will be requested where required; processing permitted for service delivery, security or legal obligations should remain necessary and proportionate. Material changes of purpose require further notice and consent where applicable.
06Service providers and disclosures
Relevant service providers or HZB personnel handling a matter may process information as needed for hosting, content delivery, security or your request. Disclosures required by authorities, or processing to lawfully protect rights and security, should be limited to an appropriate scope.
Visiting the site does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications. The page has no feature that sells visitor information through advertising profiles. Information handled independently by external social platforms is outside the site’s control.
07Retention and security
Information should be retained only as long as needed for its purpose, legal obligations or dispute handling. The period depends on the information, request and relevant service settings. Information no longer needed should be deleted or rendered non-identifying. Browser caches and external-platform messages are managed through their respective settings.
We take risk-appropriate access controls and security protections seriously, but no internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send sensitive data, passwords or private keys through public channels.
08International processing
The website serves visitors globally. Hosting, content delivery or external platforms you choose may process information in different countries or regions. A company’s place of registration does not determine where all data is stored. International transfers must comply with applicable requirements and relevant safeguards.
09Your choices and rights
You may choose not to provide contact details, play videos or follow external links. Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, rights may include information or access, correction, deletion, a copy of data, restriction, objection and withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing before it.
Use the official contact channels below to identify the relevant page, communication channel and requested action. Do not post identity documents in public comments. We may request the minimum information needed to verify a request. If it cannot lawfully be fulfilled, the reason should be explained. You may also complain to the applicable data-protection authority.
10External websites and minors
Paragraph, X, YouTube, Telegram, HHA and other external sites have separate privacy policies. Read them before following links, signing in or interacting. Linking to a platform does not give this site control over its data practices.
The site is principally intended for developers, researchers and businesses and does not specifically seek information from children. If you believe a minor provided personal information without parental consent required by law, contact us so that it can be reviewed and handled appropriately.
11Contact and notice updates
For privacy questions or information-rights requests, start a private conversation through an official HZB contact channel and mark it “Privacy request.” This notice will be updated as website features or information practices change. Material changes will receive appropriate notice; updating this page does not replace consent where consent is required.
